|
Starting pitcher Kamiel van den Berg pitched well enough to help the Celtic Curse beat the London Knights, 4-3. Celtic is now 47-76, London 55-71.
Celtic took a 4-3 lead on Denis Unkovsky's 6th home run of the season. The 2-run home run, which Unkovsky hit in the bottom of the eighth, left London pitcher Manny del Rio visibly frustrated.
"You get some opportunities, you better take advantage of them," said London manager Lookia Wookia.
