Milan turned a good effort from starter Christian Tovar into a win over the Venetian Venators at Belisama Grounds. The final score was 8-1. The winning streak has now reached 4 games for the Insubres.

Alexandre Legros had a big 2-run double for the Insubres in the bottom of the second inning. With Milan leading 2-1 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he got a changeup from 26-year old right-handed pitcher Jérôme Roger and swatted a double to left. It was his 38th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Insubres ahead, 4-1.
