Placeholders Earn 6-5 Win Against Knights
The Paris Placeholders found a way to sneak past the London Knights, 6-5, in 16 innings. Paris pitcher Pierre Chevalier, for one, had a standout performance. Paris is now 68-65. London is 56-74.

The Placeholders got a clutch hit from right fielder Ademaro Kolb. In the bottom of the 16th, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Placeholders.

"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Kolb told the Paris Today.
