Late Rally by Insubres Secures 7-6 Win
The Milan Insubres beat the Sicilian Capos by a score of 7-6. Milan left fielder Alexandre Legros deserved the lion's share of the credit. Legros went 2-3 with a triple and a double. He scored 3 runs and drove in 2 for the Insubres. The Insubres improved their record to 77-57 with the win over Sicilian.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the ninth inning, when Milan third baseman Maternus Schauermann, facing Mircea Otvos, had a run-scoring walk. It gave the Insubres the 7-6 win.

Milan manager Lookia Wookia was pleased with the team's effort. "Our guys went out there and put good wood on the ball," he said.
