The 10-4 Istanbul win over Moscow was due largely to Ugo Langlais. The Trojans right fielder went 3 for 5 with a double and 2 singles, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. After today's action, Istanbul sits at 64-65; Moscow slips to 69-57.

Pyotr Trotzky had a big 2-run double for the Trojans in the top of the first inning. With Istanbul leading 1-0 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he got a changeup from Bogdan Egoshkin, who is the 8th-best prospect in the Reds organization, and swatted a double to left-center. It was his 22nd double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Trojans ahead, 3-0.

"We won," Langlais told assembled media after the game. "I guess that's all that really matters."
