Upton Now 3-0 After Subduing Keys
|
In a low-scoring tilt between the Columbus Cavaliers and the Kansas City Keys, Josh Upton was the difference-maker. The Columbus right-hander spearheaded the 1-0 win. Jose Pulido picked up the save, his 6th. The triumph puts Columbus at 9-8 for the season.
The Keys had trouble solving Upton, who surrendered no runs on 3 hits over 8 innings.
"We made a couple of mistakes," said Kansas City skipper Lookie Wookie, "and it cost us."
