Mystique Need Extra Innings to Top Whiskey Jacks, 5-2
Music City picked up a win at Wheat Field, bumping off the Wheat City Whiskey Jacks, 5-2. Pitcher Pete Bernal was a major reason the Mystique emerged victorious. Music City is now 12-15, Wheat City 14-13.

Music City used the clutch hitting of Brian Lemak to capture the win. The shortstop drilled a run-scoring double in the top of the 11th inning to give the Mystique the lead, 3-2. For the game, Lemak had 2 singles and 1 double in 5 at-bats.

"We put a lot of pressure on ourselves," Bernal told a Music City Daily News reporter. "Sometimes we just need to relax."
