The Music City Mystique defeated the Columbus Cavaliers, 5-1, in Frontier League action at Minka. Music City pitcher Mike Zirk had a standout performance. The loss makes Columbus 15-14.

Brian Lemak dealt the Cavaliers a blow in the bottom of the fourth. Batting with the bases loaded and Music City leading 1-0, Lemak, who finished 5th in the CL in batting average with .327 in 2060, hit a 1-0 slider for a 2-run double.

"It was just a matter of executing," said Music City manager Lookie Wookie.
