Win Makes Hamilton 14-5
|
Hamilton starter Dave Wall had a strong outing against the Columbia Crusaders at Segra Park. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 3-2 win. Nelson Rayon closed the door for Hamilton, picking up his 7th save of the year. Hamilton has an impressive 14-5 record.
Eric Goetze hit a run-scoring triple off Alfonso Figueroa in the top of the first, which put the Hitters in front, 1-0. Goetze had 1 single and 1 walk, in addition to the three-bagger. For the game, he went 2 for 3.
