St. Petersburg AAA Eliminated from Playoff Contention

The 1926 EIL Triple A season has a ways to go still, but the final weeks won't have playoff implications for the St. Petersburg AAA Werewolves -- they were officially eliminated from postseason contention today.
St. Petersburg AAA hasn't yet made it to the postseason. The team has now missed qualifying for the postseason in each of their 6 seasons in the EAAA.

To win the EIL Triple A title is the zenith of any baseball career.
Players on postseason qualifiers will get the chance of a lifetime beginning today with the League Championship Series, where both heroes and goats will arise, but only one team will emerge as the World Series champion.
The playoffs are a time for managers to map out pitching and batting matchups and on-the-field strategy. Rivalries soar to new heights and destiny's fickle finger holds the fate of the teams and players. The League Championship Series begins today with these games:
Palermo AAA Magicians vs Zagreb AAA Warriors and Brest AAA Bighorns vs Brasov AAA Waves.
